FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY
​Fulfillment
The Delphina team agrees to:

Install within 1 month of the Estimated Installation Date stated on the customer's Invoice, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. Please note that with the current macro supply chain issues due to COVID 19, there could be delivery delays. The Delphina team will keep you informed every 2 weeks if there are delivery concerns.

Create a soft ground below the pool prior to installation, using either sand, rubber, or foam.

Help estimate what additional leveling and installation costs will be required.

Shipping

Shipping is inlcuded in your delivery unless otherwise noted on your invoice.
