The pool location does not encroach public utility easements.

The pool location is within property lines.

If children will using the pool, I have read the Delphina Safety Commitment.

The leveled space is at least 18'2" x 9’1” (these dimensions include the space needed for the stairs.)

The entire pad is level and within a 1" slope as measured by a ZipLevel tool.

One of the long sides of the pool has at least 2 foot of clearance to allow access to the filter pump cabinet.

If a retaining structure was built, the correct materials were used to construct it (steel, concrete, or stone).

If a retaining structure was built, the correct fill-in materials were used to create the foundation (decomposed granite, limestone screenings, etc.)

The pool foundation was hard-compacted with a power plate compactor and does not move when walked on.

There is access to water and a hose that will reach the pool.

The fencing, barrier, or house meets the barrier height & width requirements:

• at least 48" high.

• openings in the barrier do not allow the passage of a 4” sphere.

Gates have self-closing and self-latching devices with the release mechanism no less the 54” above grade or no less than three inches below the top of the gate on the pool side.

When the house is part of the pool barrier, any doors or windows with a sill height of less than 48” opening to the pool have a UL 2017 compliant alarm.

All outdoor outlets are GFCI-protected and have a weather-proof bubble cover.

The outlet to be used for the pool equipment can fit 3 spots (see photos on the Electrical Requirements page).

The outlet to be used for the pool equipment is at least 6' away from the pool water and within 25' of the filter pump cabinet.

There will not be a need for an extension cord.

There are not lights too close to the pool area.
